Profile of International Mining Alliance (IMA)
Today's non-governmental organizations of all walks of life have a tremendous impact on each country's policy, economy and social stability. A non-governmental organization with significant international influence is now a powerful social force. However, many countries, especially developing countries, have not attached enough importance to international non-governmental organizations. Under the circumstance of the coexistence of national, regional competitions and the globalization process, how to organize, create and make use of international non-governmental organizations, to promote the rapid development of the industry, to promote resources sharing, advantages complementariness, and to promote effective communication and cooperation among industries so as to affect and promote peace and friendship among nations is very imminent.
International Mining Alliance (IMA) is a non-governmental mining coalition organization co-sponsored by internationally well-known mining companies, financial groups, financial institutions and relevant communities and approved by the U.S. Government. International Mining Alliance will widely unite mining agencies, universities, scientific research institutes, financial institutions, as well as mining enterprises of mining and exploration, and mine equipments manufacturing together to become the most dynamic international community in the mining industry.
IMA service tenet is to link the global mining industry, to achieve equality, mutual benefits, resources sharing, exchange and cooperation of the global mining industry, to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the global mining industry, to promote the sustainable development of the global mining industry, and to enhance the international status and anti-risk capability of the mining industry!
IMA mission is to obtain asymmetric mining information for global IMA members, to provide coordination, support, connectivity, correlation and channels for mineral properties, to provide financial and mining policy support for IMA members, to resolve the investment and financing difficulties as well as other problems for international major mining projects, to promote the effective use of mineral resources of the underdeveloped countries, and to promote the rapid development of mining exploration and development, scientific research, and production in every country.
International Mining Alliance (IMA) is now headquartered in the United States. The permanent organizations are set up with the Secretariat, branches in all continents, and representative offices in all countries. Currently, the membership network is developing rapidly, International Mining Alliance sincerely welcomes mining organizations of all countries, international mining organizations, and mining companies to support and join International Mining Alliance actively, and make significant contributions to the development of the international mining non-governmental organization which has important strategic significance.
